Kim Howe is the Founding Principal of CoCreative Labs, where she facilitates collaborative decision-making and strategy development for organizations and communities facing complex challenges.
With over 20 years of experience in education, community development, and facilitation, she has supported more than 200 clients across 20 states and 11 countries. She has guided strategic planning, coalition building, and large-scale systems change efforts across nonprofits, government, and the private sector, with subsector experience ranging from arts and education to healthcare, environmental sustainability, and international development. Kim specializes in participatory methods that bring together diverse perspectives - C-suite leaders, frontline staff, and community stakeholders alike - to cultivate shared understanding, build alignment, and develop strategy that groups can own and carry forward. Kim is a certified Technology of Participation (ToP®) Facilitator and Mentor Trainer and has trained more than 3,000 individuals in facilitation and participatory leadership practices. |
